UPDATED, Aug. 19: Commissioner “corrects public record”

Commissioner of Public Safety Tim Coll sent a press release and other documents to press on Tuesday Aug. 19. He writes that “it is vitally important to correct the public record regarding recent claims made in legal filings.”
