A two-car accident on Route 9 near Interstate 87 Exit 13 is slowing northbound traffic on Route 9 north of the intersection.
Police and emergency vehicles are on the scene. A tow truck has already arrived; however, traffic is slow getting off the southbound Exit 13 ramp. Avoid if you can.
