Lizz Spano ânever misses a momentâ

After 16 summers in Saratoga Springs â and two years of full-time living during Covid â photographer Lizz Spano is no longer just visiting. Sheâs open for business.
Starting Thursday (see details below), thanks to Spano, having stunning personal photos just got a lot more accessible here in Saratoga â and a lot more fun.
âThe more unscripted, the better,â she says of her signature style. Think relaxed portraits of couples and engagements (her favorite), families, kids, solo sessions, content creators â even a group of girlfriends dressed up for the track.
âI love photographing anybody who really just wants to capture a moment,â she says (one of her personal taglines is âI never miss a momentâ). âI keep it low-key and fun. And at the end of it, youâll have some beautiful photos that you will treasure for forever.â

She invites you to stop thinking there has to be a âhuge occasionâ to warrant a mini-photoshoot.
âIf youâre having lunch with your girlfriend, or your friends are here from college on a random Tuesday, and you just want some photos to commemorate it,â she says, âthatâs where I really thrive.â
Sessions are easy: half-hour mini slots with 15 to 20 minutes of shooting (she loves Congress Park, but also a front porch, the track and anywhere else around town). Her pitch is simple: Donât settle for the iPhone snapshot; walk away with photos youâll actually want to frame.
